Rebekka Freeman Terrell​
Chief Administrative Officer

Rebekka Freeman Terrell is the Chief Administrative Officer of Shelby County Criminal Court Clerk’s Office, 30th Judicial District.

 

Rebekka earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. She practiced law in Memphis for several years before being appointed as the Chief Administrative Officer.

 

Rebekka is a Memphian-By-Choice. She is married and has a 14-year-old son. Early in the pandemic, the Terrells rescued two dogs, Bennie and Chai. Rebekka enjoys reading, traveling, and attending Grizzlies games and University of Memphis Tigers basketball games with her family.
